The Parabolic program stimulates neurodevelopment and supports age-appropriate physical, social, emotional, and cognitive needs. Classes are designed in progressive stages. We start with a warm ups, then play games which promote agility, such as a relay races with a cutting motion. We move on to work on motor patterns to fine tune muscle groups. These include squats, pushups, crawling, slamming a medicine ball etc. We focus on teamwork, confidence building, good movement, but most importantly, fun!
